| With all facilities close at hand, there is no need to use your car - just park it and forget it. There is car parking at both establishments. All kitchens and kitchenettes are fully fitted and equipped with a full-size electric cooker and refrigerator or fridge/freezer. Cooking utensils, cutlery and all crockery are provided. |

| The apartments are all individual in design and layout, each tastefully decorated, furnished and maintained to a very high standard. All flats are double glazed, and all garden flats have patio doors. There are fully equipped laundry rooms and all flats have colour television. |

| All bath and shower rooms are modern and attractively tiled and decorated. Lynton Apartments are designed and decorated with you in mind, with everything you require to make your holiday one to remember. Whether your party is large or small, we can accommodate you. We have apartments comprising studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom flats sleeping up to eight persons. Blankets and pillows are provided in all flats. Polycotton sheets and pillowslips, cots and high chairs are available for hire at a moderate charge. Central heating is included in ground and first floor flats/flatlets mid-October to mid-April, but all flats have electric heaters for use in the Summer. |

| Both establishments are included in the Bournemouth Quality Standards - including Full Fire Precautions. Last but not least, there is a pleasant sunny, south-facing garden with tables, chairs and loungers for your relaxation, and a barbeque providing outdoor facilities. |
